Chief Technology & Product Officer

Help us build the world’s best e-care platform!

LifePartners A/S
Global demographics are changing rapidly. We are getting older, we live more independently, and we demand a higher quality of life. This gives a growing challenge, as more people will be in need for caretaking and relatively less people will be available to provide the care needed. LifePartners exist to improve life for the elderly and the handicapped as well as their professional caretakers and relatives, by empowering them all with smart and involving technology, supporting a desired quality and scope of care. We aim to do so by delivering a user centric e-care platform, connecting services, providing smart and simple tools for more actionable insights and better means of communication, interaction, and planning.

LifePartners is a HealthTech start-up founded in 2014 in Rødekro, today serving 15% of the Danish municipalities, helping them improve life for their elderly and handicapped citizens. However, our ambitions are much bigger, we want to broaden the scope of our platform significantly as well as our market focus globally. We want to do it fast and right, so we are planning an IPO in 2022. Therefore, we are now looking for a passionate, ambitious, and highly talented Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) who will work alongside our CEO and our Head of Implementation, to drive and lead the product strategy and roadmap as well as the technical vision for the company. The position will be one of the first based in our new offices in Copenhagen or at our office in Rødekro.

What we are looking for
Firstly, we are looking for passion, ambitions, and drive. Does our purpose, ambition, and e-care platform sound meaningful, challenging, and inspiring to you? Secondly, we are looking for solid IT-skills, an experienced CTO/ Architect who wants to be part of the senior management that is focused on shaping the future of the company and the care sector around the world. You will define the tech stack, the solution architecture and QA using the best tools, processes, and competencies available. You will need to build your own core team so that you, together with the existing well-functioning external development team, get an efficient and competent development organisation up and running. Finally, we are looking for a committed and thought leader with great communication and people skills. As the CTPO, you will be the embodiment of the company’s technology vision and you will need to lead and communicate as such – across all stakeholder types and levels – from attracting, managing, and inspiring world class engineering teams, to working with exec teams as well as external stakeholders such as VC funds to communicate progress on key milestones and objectives.
